response type easily-degradable coated controlled-release
fertilizer for dry farmland and a preparation method of the easily-degradable coated controlled-release
fertilizer. The easily-degradable coated controlled-release
fertilizer is prepared by uniformly spraying a layer of controlled-release
coating material which is sensitive to temperature and
humidity on the surfaces of
urea or compound fertilizer particles. The
coating material is prepared from a temperature and
humidity dual-sensitive composition and an interpenetrating network
polymer through an
emulsion interfacial polymerization reaction under a heating condition. The temperature and
humidity double-sensitive composition is formed by molecular self-
assembly of a temperature and humidity low-sensitive organic material and a temperature and humidity high-sensitive organic material; the invention fundamentally solves the problem that the controlled-release fertilizer is difficult to release at low temperature and drought in spring and quick to release at high temperature and
high humidity in summer on dry field crops, is more accurate in
nutrient supply and demand matching, can realize that the fertilizer is only applied once per
plant under the condition of high and stable yield of the dry field crops, and can meet the requirements of simultaneous
sowing of seed and fertilizer and lateral deep fertilization; the method has the outstanding advantages of time saving, labor saving, fertilizer saving, easy degradation of the membrane material, environmental friendliness and the like, and has a very wide application prospect.
