hybrid artificial breeding method. The method includes: carrying out staged feeding in an indoor pond with
water depth of 1-2m; in a first stage, releasing newly hatched fry of
epinephelus fuscoguttatus and epinephelus tukula
hybrid into the pond, and feeding with 50-100micron powdery feed A from the first day to the ninthday, wherein the powdery feed A is prepared from
soybean meal,
squid paste,
coconut oil,
mannan oligosaccharide, antibacterial peptides,
malic acid and
astaxanthin, and the daily feeding amount is 10-15% of the
fish weight; in a second stage, feeding with 80-200micron powdery feed B from the tenth day to the twenty-fourth day, wherein the powdery feed B is prepared from
soybean meal,
corn flour, ginger
powder, coconut
powder, brown
sugar, herba paederiae leaf
powder, ground pepper,
taurine and
lactic acid bacteria, and the daily feeding amount is 15-20% of the
fish weight; in a third stage, feeding with granular feed C from the twenty-fifth day to the fortieth day, wherein the granular feed C is prepared from
corn flour,
peanut meal, artemia powder, compound
algae powder, rhizoma calami grass
meal, folium musae powder and herba paederiae leaf powder, and the daily feeding amount is 20-25% of the
fish weight. By adoption of the method,
high survival rate in breeding is realized, and obtained epinephelus fry are large in size.
