This invention discloses a novel portable nano-
hair washing device, relating to the field of
hair washing equipment technology. It includes a main unit, a
shower head, a
water flow sensor, an
air pump, a water pump, a water-air
mixing tank, and a circuit board. The
shower head is detachably connected to the main unit. The
water flow sensor,
air pump, water pump, water-air
mixing tank, and circuit board are all built into the main unit. The
water flow sensor transmits water flow signals to the circuit board to control the
machine's operation. The
air pump's inlet is connected to the main unit's air inlet via a silencer, and its outlet is connected to the water-air
mixing tank via a
backflow valve and an air
pipe. The water pump's inlet is connected to the water flow sensor, and its outlet is connected to the air pump's outlet
pipe and the water-air mixing tank via a three-way connector, achieving water-air pre-mixing. The mixed water-air liquid is then connected to the nano-
shower head via a pipeline, achieving the nano-
hair washing effect. The water-air mixing tank has a built-in extension
pipe at its input end, with a
diameter smaller than the output end's inner
diameter, improving mixing efficiency and water flow stability. The main unit has casters at the bottom to accommodate mobility needs. This invention features a simple structure, saves space, is robust and durable, has good
noise reduction, and provides an excellent user experience.
