Preparation method of temperature-sensitive hollow nanofiber membrane

The invention relates to a preparation method of a temperature-sensitive hollow nanofiber membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: copolymerizing temperature-sensitive monomers,monomers capable of forming physical crossing points and monomers capable of forming chemical crossing points by heating by free radical solution polymerization to obtain a temperature-sensitive polymer; adding the temperature-sensitive polymer in a solvent and stirring to obtain a polymer solution as a shell spinning solution, taking viscous oil as a core layer spinning solution, and carrying out coaxial electro-spinning to obtain a nanofiber membrane with a core-shell structure; and carrying out heat treatment, and extracting the core layer viscous oil by an organic solvent to obtain the final product. By the coaxial electro-spinning method, the outer diameter, inner diameter and wall thickness of a product can be controlled effectively, a preparation process is environmentally friendly, and conditions are gentle. The obtained temperature-sensitive hollow nanofiber membrane can stably exist in water and cannot be dissolved, has rapid temperature sensitivity, and can be applied to atemperature sensor, a drug controlled release carrier, a cell culture substrate or a support, oil-water separation or biological substance purification film.

The invention belongs to the field of temperature stimulus response films, and provides a method for preparing a polyether sulfone temperature stimulus response film. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) nano-gel dry powder into N-methylpyrolidone, uniformly mixing, adding polyether sulfone, uniformly mixing to form a film casting liquid, and degassing the film casting liquid; (2) pouring the degassed film casting liquid onto a film casting panel, preparing a continuous uniform liquid film from the film casting liquid by using a film blade, standing the liquid film-loaded film casting panel for at least 20 minutes at a temperature of 20-30 DEG C and relative humidity of 60-80 percent, putting the film-loaded film casting panel into water at room temperature, soaking until the liquid film is completely solidified, washing the solidified film to remove N-methylpyrolidone, and drying the film in which micropores are uniformly distributed along the thickness direction of the film, thus obtaining the polyether sulfone temperature stimulus response film. The method is capable of promoting the film flux, temperature response capability and mechanical performance of the polyether sulfone temperature stimulus response film, the process is simple, and industrial production can be realized easily.

The double-crosslinking hybrid hydrogel is prepared from the following raw materials: hydrazide modified hyaluronic acid HAHZ and formyl modified polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide PFAH; the adding mass ratio of the HAHZ and the PFAH meets the following conditions: the range of a hydrazide substitution degree/a formyl substitution degree is 20 to 80 percent and the balance is of a water solvent. According to the double-crosslinking hybrid hydrogel based on the acyl hydrazone bond andthe hydrophilic and hydrophobic self-assembling, advantages of covalent crosslinking and physical mutual effects are sufficiently combined and the prepared double-crosslinking hybrid hydrogel has an excellent self-healing property; the problem that medical gel dressing is easy to break due to an external force is easy to solve; the double-crosslinking hybrid hydrogel has certain temperature responsiveness and good mechanical performance and in-situ molding property ; the double-crosslinking hybrid hydrogel is very suitable for repairing nursing or treatment of skin tissue wounds.

Polyether sulfone grafted acrylic monomer copolymer and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a polyether sulfone (PES) grafted acrylic monomer copolymer and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: under anaerobic conditions, polyether sulfone and an acrylic monomer are subjected to a direct radiation grafting reaction in a homogeneous solution containing the polyether sulfone and the acrylic monomer, and therefore the grafted copolymer is obtained, wherein the solvent of the homogeneous solution is one or more selected from N-methylpyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-dimethylacetamide and dimethyl sulfoxide. The grafting ratioof the grafted copolymer provided by the invention is moderate, and the polyacrylic monomer can form a grafted-copolymer molecular structure with ''a multiple-point short chain'' on the polyether sulfone molecules, so that the polarity of the grafted copolymer and the flexibility of the molecular chain are effectively improved; the grafted copolymer is not easy to crosslink, so that the hydrophilic properties of the polyether sulfone can be obviously improved; the grafted copolymer has good solubility; and the grafted copolymer has very good pH response, temperature response, anti-pollution performance and charge effects, and has broader applicability.
