The invention discloses a boron-containing organic compound and a light-emitting device. The boron-containing organic compound comprises compounds as shown in any one of formulas (I)-(III), wherein R1-R14 are respectively selected from any one of the following groups: hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, cyano, NO2, N (R) 2, OR, SR, C(=O) R, P(=O) R, Si(R)3, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group, C2-C20 alkenyl group, C2-C20 alkynyl group, C6-C40 aryl group and C5-C40 heteroaryl group; M is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C48 aryl group; X1 and X2 are respectively selected from any one of the following groups: O, S, N-Y and C(Y)2; and Y is selected from any one of the following groups: a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C40 aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted C5-C40 heteroaryl group. The light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic layer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, and the organic layer contains at least one boron-containing organic compound.
