signal of the high speed railway dispatcher in his or her emergent disposal reaction; based on the operation data and the physiological
signal, determining the evaluation indexes for the high speed dispatcher; carrying out dimensionless
processing on the evaluation indexes; determining the weights of the evaluation indexes in dimensionless
processing; based on the dimensionless
processing values of the evaluation indexes and their weights, determining a
decision matrix; based on the
decision matrix and according to the lattice-order related theories, determining the comprehensive difference values; integrating the comprehensive difference values of the evaluation indexes; quantizing the integrated comprehensive difference values to obtain the
evaluation result. Through the use of the technical schemes, it is possible to comprehensively
record all operation data of a
train dispatcher's emergent disposal process, to make quantitative analysis of the operation data and to solve the technical problems of how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the high speed railway dispatcher, therefore, ensuring the trainings of the high speed railway dispatcher not repetitive.
