The invention relates to a method for preparing C40 concrete by artificial rock ash and mineral waste. Main materials include cement, mineral powder, coal ash, natural river sands, stones and the artificial rock ash, the artificial rock ash and the natural river sands are blended into fine aggregates, the artificial rock ash is broken stone fragments, the nominal diameter of the artificial rock ash is smaller than 5mm, the artificial rock ash contains 10%-20% of stone powder, sulfonated melamine resin is compounded with modified tannin to serve as an additive, the cement is P.O 42.5 cement, and the prepared concrete comprises, by weight, 260 parts of cement, 80 parts of coal ash, 110 parts of mineral powder, 216 parts of artificial rock ash, 504 parts of river sands, 1071 parts of stones, 10 parts of additive and 165 parts of water. The waste such as the artificial rock ash, the mineral powder and the coal ash is maximally used on the premise of meeting usability and durability of the concrete, resources are saved, and environments are protected.
