A three-phase extraction system which is established on the base of magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer can be directly applied to the extraction separation of complex samples of food, environment and biological sample. The method of the invention has excellent selectivity and can eliminate the matrix interference in the sample. Furthermore as the polymer has excellent magnetism, the polymer can excellently realize the separation to the sample matrix after the extraction, and the polymer has broad application prospect in the complex sample pre-processing.
