Problems solved by technology

We have been in "Acta Tribology" (No. 6, 2001 "Nano Si 3 N 4 Filled polybismaleimide friction and wear properties ") reported the use of high-speed shear and ultrasonic dispersion method to prepare bismaleimide nanocomposites, but due to the system, the dispersion of nanoparticles in it is uniform The resistance is not very good, which affects the tribological properties of the material

[0027] Add 0.5 parts of coupling agent γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to acetone, adjust the pH value with acetic acid, after the γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane is hydrolyzed, add 2 parts of nano silicon nitride, 1 Add 1 part of nano-silica and 1 part of carbon black into the acetone solution containing the coupling agent, and disperse for 15 minutes by ultrasonic waves. Then it was added to 100 parts of bismaleimide resin prepolymer, heated and stirred by a high-speed homogeneous mixer for 15 minutes, added to a three-necked flask, heated and stirred for 30 minutes, and the acetone was removed by distillation. After evaporation, it is poured into a preheated mold, vacuumed to remove air bubbles, and then placed in an oven for curing. The curing process is as follows: after curing at 150°C for 2 hours, the temperature is raised to 180°C for 2 hours, and then the temperature is raised to 220°C for 4 hours. After natural cooling to room temperature and demoulding, the final post-tr...

Abstract

A bimaleimide self-lubricating nano-compostie material and its production are disclosed. It consists of bimaleimide modified by diallyl bisphenol A, inorganic nanometer particle, coupling agent and carbon black. The process is carried out by adding coupling agent into acetone, adjusting pH value by acetic acid, hydrolyzing for coupling agent, adding it into solution of inorganic nanometer particle and carbon black, dispersing by ultrasonic wave, adding it into bimaleimide resin performed polymer, heating while agitating, distilling to remove acetone, pouring it into preheated mold, supplying pump to remove bubble, curing in oven, cooling to room-temperature and de-molding. It's simple and has no environmental pollution. It can be used for self-lubricating bearing, gear and compressor under high-temperature radiant environment.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a bismaleimide self-lubricating nanocomposite material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of polymer processing. Background technique: [0002] Organic-inorganic nanocomposites can not only have the characteristics and properties of inorganic materials, such as heat resistance, high temperature stability, and low thermal expansion coefficient of inorganic materials, but also have the toughness, ductility, and ease of processing of organic polymers. Therefore, nanoparticle-modified polymers have become a hot spot in material science research. At present, the research on nanomaterials is transforming from basic research work such as material preparation, characterization, and basic performance analysis to the practical application of materials. [0003] The properties of composite materials are not only related to the properties of each component, but also closely related to the phase morphology and interf...
