The preparation is prepared from Astragalus membranaceus, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Radix Puerariae, Ilex pubescens, and Herba Asari. Preparation method comprises extracting volatile oil from Ligusticum chuanxiong and Herba Asari, and collecting medicinal residue; diluting the volatile oil in anhydrous ethanol, dropping tobeta-cyclodextrin solution, stirring, and drying to obtain clathrate; extracting Astragalus membranaceus and Radix Puerariae with ethanol under reflux to obtain extractive liquid and collecting residue; mixing the above medicinal residues with Ilex pubescens, extracting with water, and concentrating the extractive liquid; mixing the above extractive liquids, concentrating to give soft extract, and making granule, pill, capsule or oral liquid with different adjuvants through conventional method.
