Embodiment 1

[0021] Example 1 Preparation of crop straw cellulose pulp

[0022] Put 3kg of crop straw into a reaction kettle filled with 10L, 5% nitric acid solution, stir at 80°C for 2h, filter and wash, then add 6L, 5% sodium hydroxide solution, stir at 90°C for 3h, filter and wash, Repeatedly beat and soften the cellulose for 10 minutes, wash it, and bleach it in 1 L of sodium hypochlorite solution for 2 hours. After washing, the cellulose pulp is obtained, and the dry weight of the cellulose is 1.8 kg.

Embodiment 2

[0023] The preparation of embodiment 2 chitosan-silver ion antibacterial agent

[0024] The molecular weight is about 20,000 chitosan 1kg, dissolves and regulates its pH=5 with the acetic acid solution 4L of 0.5mol / L, makes chitosan acetic acid solution after 20min, by mass ratio m (chitosan): m( Silver ion) is 1000:1, measure 2.5L, 400mg / L of AgNO 3 , into the above-mentioned chitosan acetic acid solution, and a small amount of ammonia water, fully stirred and mixed at room temperature, and placed overnight to obtain a chitosan-silver composite antibacterial finishing agent.

Embodiment 3

[0025] Embodiment 3 preparation of antibacterial viscose fiber

[0026] 1. Impregnation: immerse cellulose pulp (10kg / batch) in 20°C, 25% sodium hydroxide immersion bucket for 2h.

[0027] 2. Pressing: After swelling, press in a net chain press, and the pressing ratio is about 3.5.

[0028] 3. Aging: Leave to age at room temperature 25°C for 24 hours.

[0029] 4. Yellowing: add about 38% carbon disulfide to the kettle reactor at about 25°C for 3 hours, and the vacuum degree of yellowing is ≥-0.06MPa.

[0030] 5. Dissolving: at 20°C, add 8% sodium hydroxide to dissolve for 2 hours (main indicators for controlling the viscose: cellulose ≤ 8%, viscosity 35-40Pas).

[0031] 6. Mixing: carry out in the viscose mixing tank and add chitosan-silver ion antibacterial agent with 8% to 10% of viscose mass.

[0032] 7. Aging: After standing in the aging barrel for 40 hours at room temperature of 25°C, defoaming treatment is carried out.

[0033] 8. Spinning and drawing: In the viscose...

Abstract

The invention relates to method for preparing a chitosan-silver ion antibacterial viscose fiber from crop straws, which belongs to the technical field of viscose fiber. The method adopts rich-resource crop straws as raw materials, removes impurities by a chemical degumming method to obtain cellulose crude slurry, and prepares a viscose spinning stock solution thereof. A chitosan acetum is prepared from low molecular weight chitosan and acetic acid, and is then mixed with a silver nitrate solution and ammonia in proportion to obtain an antimicrobial agent; and the antimicrobial agent is added to the viscose spinning stock solution to prepare the antibacterial viscose fiber through spinning. The antibacterial viscose fiber prepared by the method belongs to a natural antibacterial product, is soft in handfeel, nontoxic and nonirritating to human body, and a textile made from the antibacterial viscose fiber has the characteristics of good moisture absorption and retention, biocompatibility and low cost, and is most applicable to antibacterial core material and sanitary towel fabric in food film package.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a process for preparing antibacterial viscose fiber by using crop stalks as raw materials, and belongs to the technical field of viscose fiber. Background technique [0002] Oil, natural gas, coal and other non-renewable resources will become less and less with the passage of time and the increase of mining volume, and synthetic fibers as one of textile raw materials mainly use this non-renewable resource. As the price of this raw material continues to rise, at the same time, due to the skyrocketing price of cotton in 2003, and viscose fiber is a textile raw material with similar properties to cotton, many spinning companies have increased the proportion of viscose staple fiber used. The investment in the cellulose fiber industry will further heat up. At present, it is more urgent to develop a renewable textile raw material - viscose fiber. my country's "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" also pointed out that it is necessary to "devel...
