Problems solved by technology

The three methods have their own advantages and disadvantages: the physical pretreatment method can change the wood fiber structure to a certain extent, but cannot guarantee the complete hydrolysis; while the chemical method uses a large number of chemical reagents such as acids, oxidants, and sensitizers, which has poor selectivity and slow degradation process. Many by-products are produced, and the degradation reaction conditions are relatively harsh, and post-treatment is difficult. A large number of by-products will seriously inhibit the reproduction and biotransformation of microorganisms; in the biological pretreatment method, the enzyme molecules in the cells catalyze the degradation of lignin or hydrolyze cellulose Glucose, high selectivity, mild reaction conditions, environmentally friendly, is an ideal clean process, but the pretreatment time is longer

Embodiment 1

[0026] Embodiment 1, degradation lignocellulosic biomass

[0027] 1. Biomass raw materials

[0028] Corn stalks were collected from the suburbs of Beijing and used as raw materials for fermentation of biomass. Refer to the national standards GB / T2677.10-1995, GB / T10337-1989, GB / T2677.8-1994 and GB / T747-1989 to measure the cellulose content, hemicellulose content and lignin content of corn stalks. The cellulose content in corn stalks is 35.1%, the hemicellulose content is 7.2%, the lignin content is 18.3%, the ash content is 13.9%, and other components contain 25.5%.

[0029] 2. Lignocellulosic biomass treatment

[0030] Lignocellulosic biomass treatment includes the following steps:

[0031] 1. Steam explosion treatment

[0032] Considering pretreatment time, effect, inhibition of pretreatment product components and other factors, first choose the physical treatment method of steam explosion, cut corn stalks into 5cm length fragments, steam explosion treatment conditions a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for degrading wood fiber biomass. The method carries out steam explosion treatment on the wood fiber biomass to be degraded and connects anaerobic sludge to an obtained steam explosion treated object for anaerobic fermentation. The degrading process changes a spatial structure of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose and degrades out most of available sugar. Moreover, the sugar obtained through degradation generates few inhibitors, is very favorable for the next step of biotransformation generation of biofuel and has good application prospect in industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for degrading lignocellulosic biomass. Background technique [0002] Since the 21st century, the non-renewability of fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas, as well as various environmental problems such as the greenhouse effect, acid rain, and dust pollution caused by the petroleum refining industry, have greatly promoted the development of wind energy, solar energy, water energy, and biomass. Energy, geothermal energy, ocean energy and other renewable energy industries research and development. Biomass energy has always been an important energy source for human survival. It ranks fourth in the world's total energy consumption after coal, oil and natural gas, and occupies an important position in the entire energy system. In my country, biomass energy accounts for 20% of the total energy consumption. But for a long time, the proportion of biomass energy in my country's commercial energy structure is very sm...
