The high flame retardancy silicon rubbercomprises the following raw materials in portion by weight: 10 to 25 portions of crude rubber of which the molar content of vinyl groups is 1 percent, 60 to 100 portions of crude rubber of which the molar content of vinyl groups is 0.05 percent, 40 to 60 portions of pyrogenic silica, 5 to 10 portions of dimethyl dimethoxy silane, 10 to 100 portions of magnesium hydroxide, 10 to 100 portions of calcium bicarbonate, 10 to 30 portions of zinc borate, 1 to 3 portions of vinyl tri-methoxysilane, 2 to 6 portions of portions of titanate coupling agent, 2 to 4 portions of cerium oxide, 0 to 30ppm of platinum compound in form of platinum content, and 0 to 2 portions of phenyl inhibitor.
