There are mainly two types of carbon deposit cleaners on the market, one class is the automobile engine interior cleaner announced by CN1232097 as the Chinese Patent Publication No. Composed of volatile solvents, although this type of carbon deposit cleaning agent has a fast cleaning speed and obvious effect, it has the problems of seriously endangering the health of the operator and causing great pollution to the environment during use; there is also a class of Chinese patent publication No. CN1480517A announces that the engine avoids dismantling carbon agent, mainly is based on surfactant, although it has no irritating smell, is more environmentally friendly and has little damage to human body, but its decontamination ability is relatively poor, not only cleaning speed is slow but also on the carbon deposit dirt. The paint removal effect is not obvious, and there are still many residual carbon deposits after cleaning that need to be manually removed, which increases labor costs and reduces work efficiency

[0026] The auxiliary solvent is at least one of ethanol and isopropanol.
[0027] The monocyclic dibasic acid is a monocyclic dibasic acid containing 20 to 24 carbons.
[0028] Each raw material can be selected within the mass range, and the total mass is 100%. ...
Embodiment 2
[0032] Raw materials and mass percentages are: sodium carbonate 5%, polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene block polyether (model L64) 7%, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether with EO number 9 (model AEO-9) 5%, λ-butyrolactone 2%, ethanol 5%, C21 monocyclic dibasic acid 10%, and the balance is water (61%).
[0033] Prepared by mixing according to the method of Example 1.
[0034] Experimental results: non-toxic, non-irritating smell, non-combustible; the time to completely remove carbon deposits on the engine is 4 hours, and there is no obvious residue on the surface, which meets the requirements of customers.
Embodiment 3
[0036] Raw materials and mass percentages are: potassiumhydroxide 7%, polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene block polyether (model L64) 5%, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether with EO number 7 (model AEO-7) 10% , 1% dimethyl adipate, 3% isopropanol, 5% C21 monocyclic dibasic acid, and the balance is water (72%).
[0037] Prepared by mixing according to the method of Example 1.
[0038] Experimental results: non-toxic, non-irritating smell, non-combustible; it takes 3 hours to completely remove carbon deposits on the engine, and there is no obvious residue on the surface, which meets the requirements of customers.

Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly deposited carbon cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof. The deposited carbon cleaning agent is made of raw materials by mass percent: 1-20% ofinorganic alkaline, 1-10% of block polyether surface active agent, 1-10% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.1-10% of esters solvent, 0.1-10% of cosolvent, 0.1-10% of monocyclic dibasic acid and less than or equal to 90% of water. The preparation method comprises: adding the metered tap water and inorganic alkaline into a reaction kettle, stirring until the inorganic alkaline is completelydissolved; then, sequentially adding the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, the monocyclic dibasic acid, the block polyether surface active agent, the cosolvent and the esters solvent, stirring for10min when adding one material every time, and finally, stirring the mixed solution to be transparent.
Description
Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a chemical cleaning agent, in particular to a fast cleaning and environmentally friendlycarbon depositcleaning agent and a preparation method. Background technique: [0002] Carbon deposits are easy to form on piston engines used in automobiles, internal combustion engine trains, ships, and aircraft, resulting in reduced power performance of the engine and increased fuel consumption. The reason for the formation of carbon deposits is that the fuel and its combustion products decompose and adhere to the engine at high temperature. If the high temperature lasts for a long time, the paint film will further decompose and generate carbon black on the outer surface. Cleaning is different from the cleaning of general oil stains. It needs to have a good penetration, dissolution and stripping effect on the varnish. There are mainly two types of carbon deposit cleaners on the market, one class is the automobile engine interior cleane...
