Problems solved by technology

[0003] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the defect of high production cost of biofuel ethanol in the prior art, and provide a method for producing biofuel ethanol by using liquefied cell culture fluid instead of commercial liquefaction enzyme preparation, which can save the cost of producing commercial liquefaction. Various expenses incurred in the extraction process, packaging process, transportation, and sales of enzyme preparations such as separation, purification, filtration, concentration or drying, etc., thereby reducing the production cost of biofuel ethanol to a large extent. The liquefied cell culture medium can share the carbon source with ethanol fermentation, which improves the utilization rate of the equipment and achieves the environmental protection effect of energy saving and emission reduction

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing biofuel ethanol by using a liquefied cell culture solution. The method is characterized in that: (1) the fungi for preparing the liquefied cell culture solution are fungi, bacteria, yeast or actinomycetes; (2) the culture medium of the liquefied cell culture solution comprises the following raw materials and auxiliary materials in parts by weight: 3 to 20 parts of carbon source, 1 to 15 parts of nitrogen source, 1 to 10 parts of nutritive salt, 1 to 5 parts of auxin and 50 to 94 parts of water; and (3) when the fixed volume of the liquefied cell culture solution is 30 to 90%, the air volume is 0.1 to 1.4 L / L*min, the inoculation amount is 5 to 30%, the temperature is 20 to 39 DEG C, the pH value is 3.0 to 8.5, the time is 40 to 150 h and the DE value is 0.1 to 15%, the culture can be terminated; and then the liquefied cell culture solution after culture termination and the material needing to be liquefied in a volume ratio of 0.0001 to 0.1:1 are added in a raw material pretreatment process to liquefy the material needing to be liquefied. The method is used for preparing the biofuel ethanol.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biofuel ethanol production technology, in particular to a method for producing biofuel ethanol by using liquefied cell culture fluid produced by microbial culture instead of commercial liquefying enzyme preparations. Background technique [0002] The vigorous development of biofuel ethanol, which is a renewable energy source in my country, to replace motor gasoline has made the cost of its production a thorny issue. Since raw materials such as starch and fiber cannot be directly utilized by distillers’ mothers for the production of biofuel ethanol, in addition to physical methods such as crushing, puffing, and milling, expensive commercial liquefying enzyme preparations are generally used in the raw material pretreatment process to make it possible to produce biofuel ethanol. It is used by the distiller's mother for the production of biofuel ethanol, and the production process of commercial liquefied enzyme prepara...
