Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: (1) synthesizing 2-hydroxyl-4-diethylamino benzaldehyde; (2) synthesizing 2-imidazole acetic acid; and (3) synthesizing the coumarin-7: adding the 2-hydroxyl-4-diethylamino benzaldehyde to a flask containing 2-imidazole acetic acid, arranging on a water bath, heating to 90-95 DEG C, stirring for 3h, cooling, adjusting a PH value of a mixture in the flask to be 3-4 with 20% sodium hydroxide solution, filtering, drying to obtain a rough coumarin-7 product, and then, secondarily crystallizing by using ethanol as a solvent to obtain a finished coumarin-7 product. The invention has simple process step, good stability, higher purity and less impurities and can greatly improve the laser conversion efficiency of the coumarin-7.
