Abstract

The invention relates to a synthesis process of a binary copolymer used for antiscales, wherein the synthesis process comprises steps of: using acrylamide and chloroacetic acid as raw materials and employing aqueous solution polymerization method to obtain monomers; respectively adding distilled water to the monomers and the acrylamide for dissolving, empolying ammonium persulfate as an initiator, reacting under continuous stirring for five hours at a temperature of 75 DEG C, cooling the resultant to a room temperature to obtain a polymeric product mixture wherein the pH of a polymer system is 7.0; adding a proper amount of ethanol, stirring the mixture, allowing the mixture to stand for deposition, separating the mixture by negative-pressure filtration; washing separated sediments twice with absolute ethyl alcohol and drying the sediments at a constant temperature of 50 GEG C after filtration.
