Problems solved by technology

[0007] Due to the characteristics of the edible fungus residue material, if the commonly used anaerobic reactor (such as an ordinary fully mixed anaerobic reactor) or a hydraulic household biogas digester (10-30m 3 ) and other anaerobic digestion devices for anaerobic fermentation, there are problems such as difficulty in feeding, easy crusting during anaerobic fermentation, and difficulty in discharging after anaerobic fermentation
There is no report on a new anaerobic reactor device suitable for the anaerobic fermentation of edible fungus residues to produce biogas, which can facilitate the feeding and discharging of materials, prevent crusting, and ensure normal operation in winter.

Embodiment 1

[0069] Resource utilization method of Flammulina velutipes mushroom residue with corn cob as main raw material-method and device for producing biogas by anaerobic fermentation.

[0070] Anaerobic reactor device for edible fungus residue treatment method, such as figure 1 As shown, including anaerobic reactor device, biogas dehydrator, biogas desulfurizer, gas storage device and biogas utilization device, it is characterized in that, described anaerobic reactor device includes anaerobic reactor 1, greenhouse 4, solar energy Heat collecting device 5; the top of the anaerobic reactor is covered with a red mud plastic top cover 2, and the inside of the anaerobic reactor is provided with an oblique agitator 3 and an internal heat pipe 6 of the anaerobic reactor, and the internal heat pipe 6 of the anaerobic reactor is connected to several The annular tube of the pool wall is covered with the pool wall of the anaerobic reactor; a greenhouse 4 is built outside the anaerobic reactor 1...

Embodiment 2

[0099] Example 2: Resource utilization method of fungus slag planted with oyster mushrooms as raw material of cottonseed hulls—method and device for anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas The device used is the same as that in embodiment 1.

[0100] The raw material of edible fungus slag is the slag of oyster mushroom planted by cottonseed shell raw material, and the main nutritional components are (both in mass percentage):

[0101]

[0102] Cottonseed husk raw materials from surrounding dairy farms have a daily output of 0.5t oyster mushroom enterprises, which can produce 200t of discarded fungus residues per year. According to the fermentation cycle of fungal residues, each batch of feed liquid is fermented for 3 months, and it is divided into 4 feeds for fermentation each year. For 50 tons of fungus residue raw material, 8 tons of dry corn stalks need to be added to adjust the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio. The material for each fermentation is 180 tons. Try not to change t...

Embodiment 3

[0114] Embodiment 3: the device that the bacterium residue anaerobic fermentation of cottonseed shell raw material planting oyster mushroom produces biogas

[0115] There is an oyster mushroom enterprise with a daily output of 0.5t of cottonseed shell raw materials in dairy farms. Each time the fungus residue raw material is 50t, 25t of fresh cow manure needs to be added to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio. The fermentation material is 180t each time. The device is the same as in Example 1. The steps of the method are the same as in Example 2, except that the operation of step (2) is as follows: take fresh cow feces and edible fungus residues and mix them with water, and stir evenly while adding water, so that the final moisture content is 70%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and device for recycling edible mushroom residues. The method mainly comprises the steps of placing waste mushroom residues and maize straws or excrements from a cattle farm into an anaerobic reactor for united fermentation to produce biogas, and covering a red-mud plastic head cover on the anaerobic reactor, wherein an inclined stirrer is arranged and is beneficial to feeding/discharging of mushroom residue raw materials and avoidance of crusting. The produced biogas is used for power generation and agriculture, biogas residues are used for manufacturing organic fertilizers, biogas slurry is prepared into foliar fertilizer for fruits or vegetables, and thus, new energy sources, namely the biogas and the organic fertilizers, are obtained while the mushroom residues are treated. The method and the device in the invention are mainly used in major edible mushroom producing areas, a solar-panel greenhouse and a solar heat supply device are assorted for the device, a composite microbial inoculum is assorted for the method, and the anaerobic reactor can be normally used all the year round.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a treatment method and device for resource utilization of edible fungus residues, which can simultaneously solve the problems of resource waste and environmental pollution of discarded mushroom residues, and belongs to the field of agricultural technology. Background technique [0002] At present, my country has become the world's largest producer of edible fungi. In 2009, the total output of edible fungi in the country reached 2.02×10 7 t, accounting for more than 70% of the world's total output, the total output of edible fungi in Shandong Province reached 2.06 million tons, accounting for 10.2% of the national total output of edible fungi. With the vigorous development of the edible fungi industry, a large number of edible fungus residues are produced every year. According to the average biological efficiency of edible fungi of 40%, the total output of edible fungi residues in China in 2009 is about 5.05×10 7 t, the total a...
