Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, porcelain insulators for power transmission and transformation overhead lines and various porcelain insulators for power station appliances in China, including transformers, capacitors, transformers, pillars, wall bushings, switches and other porcelain insulators, are all made of a single color, usually brown, White, there are sky blue and gray in foreign countries. No matter what color is used for production, insulators of the same color are used for erecting lines with different phases and for the same electrical appliance with different phases, which will result in different phases. The electric line and the phase electricity on the same electrical appliance with different phase electricity cannot be distinguished. How to distinguish the phase electricity on the overhead line and power station electrical appliances with the same color insulator, no matter at home or abroad, the following methods are currently used to distinguish the phase electricity : One is to make metal signs on the iron tower of the overhead line (on the cross arm of the pole); the other is to erect the line on the outdoor overhead line (below 10KV) at any cost with red, yellow, green, and black PVC glue wrapped wires; The third is to add red, yellow, green, and black paint to the terminals of the power station electrical appliances; these methods of distinguishing phase electricity mainly have the following problems, 1. The method of making metal signs on the crossarm of the iron tower or on the electrical appliances, Not direct, error-prone and troublesome to install; 2. Use red, yellow, green, and black PVC glue-wrapped wires to set up lines to distinguish phase electricity. It is much more expensive than using bare wires directly. Rubber-wrapped wires are not anti-aging and can be exposed to ultraviolet light. In this case, the four colors of red, yellow, green, and black will soon be lost, which is not only expensive, but also has no long-term role in distinguishing phase electricity; 3. Add color paint to insulators or electrical terminals. The method is unreliable, not durable, easy to fall off, and affects installation and electrical performance

Abstract

The invention discloses a color ceramic insulator having a phase electricity recognition function. The color ceramic insulator comprises a yellow phase-A insulator, a green phase-B insulator, a red phase-C insulator and a black phase-O insulator which are formed by applying glaze materials with different colors on insulator blanks; the glaze materials consist of 85-90 weight percent of basic glaze material, 10-15 weight percent of coloring agent and a high temperature resistant opacifier in an amount which is 1 to 5 percent based on the total weight of the basic glaze material and the coloring agent; and the insulator is prepared by the steps of uniformly stirring and mixing the basic glaze material, the coloring agent and the high-temperature resistance opacifier to prepare the glaze materials with different colors, applying the glaze materials with different colors on the insulator blanks and firing at high temperature. In the invention, phase electricity is directly distinguished by using the glaze materials with different colors to form the yellow insulator, the green insulator, the red insulator and the black insulator; when the insulator is used on an overhead line or electrical equipment in a power station, the phase electricity can be rapidly, conveniently, accurately and permanently distinguished, so incorrect connection of phase electricity is avoided, the working intensity for wiring is reduced, the operation cost is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and safety accidents can be prevented.
