Abstract

The biological scaffold consists of a chitosan polymer tube and chitosan polymer filled in the tube, wherein the chitosan polymer is prepared from natural chitosan powder, jelly powder, genipin solution and glycerol-2-disodium phosphate powder. The preparation method for the chitosan polymer specifically comprises a preparation phase of raw materials before synthesis and a synthesis phase, wherein during the synthesis phase of the chitosan polymer, the natural chitosan is subjected to chemical crosslinking and ionic crosslinking with genipin and glycerol-2-disodium phosphate respectively so as to obtain gelatinous chitosan polymer. The biological scaffold is simple in manufacturing process, the used materials are natural and nontoxic and obtained conveniently, and the chitosan polymer produced by the method provided by the invention is high in stability and can be used as a medical and biological engineering scaffold and a carrier for carrying active growth factors.
