Problems solved by technology

At present, chopped glass fibers are commonly used to reinforce gypsum in industrial production. Glass fibers are man-made fibers, which are expensive and have a smooth surface, resulting in weak interfacial bonding between the fibers and the gypsum matrix.
[0003] my country is rich in agricultural plant resources, the surface of crop fibers is relatively rough and the source is wide, and the cost is low. Cotton stalk fiber is one of the crop fibers with high strength, but it is used as a gypsum-reinforced material. At present, there are relatively few studies.

Abstract

The invention relates to a cotton stalk bark fiber reinforced gypsum composite material and a preparation method thereof. The cotton stalk bark fiber reinforced gypsum composite material comprises the following ingredients: 90-100 weight portions of gypsum material, 10-15 weight portions of cotton stalk bark fiber, 5-10 weight portions of filling material, 1-4 weight portions of auxiliary agent, 1-10 weight portions of lubricant, and 20-30 weight portions of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: cutting cotton stalks by rolling, peeling cotton stalk bark fibers out and crushing by a crusher, removing dust, then immersing cotton stalk bark fibers in a low alkali solution for modification, taking out the modified cotton stalk bark fibers and draining, then dissolving auxiliary agent in water, and then uniformly mixing gypsum and the modified cotton stalk bark fibers, injecting the aqueous solution containing the auxiliary agent, fully mixing and then adding in a die, curing molding, demolding 2-3 hours later, and drying at a temperature of 40-50 DEG C to obtain the cotton stalk bark fiber reinforced gypsum composite material. According to the invention, the flexural strength of a gypsum product is increased, and simultaneously the compressive strength of gypsum is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of composite material preparation, in particular to a cotton stalk sheath fiber reinforced gypsum composite material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Gypsum, cement, and lime are collectively referred to as the three major cementitious materials, which have the characteristics of light weight, good sound and heat insulation performance, good dimensional stability, excellent fire performance, environmental protection and energy saving. Although gypsum has many excellent properties, its flexural strength is low, so various fibers are often used as reinforcing materials for gypsum. At present, chopped glass fibers are commonly used to reinforce gypsum in industrial production. Glass fibers are man-made fibers with high cost and smooth surface, resulting in weak interfacial bonding between fibers and gypsum matrix. [0003] my country is rich in agricultural plant resources, the surface of ...
