The preparation method comprises: adopting a hydrolysis homogeneous precipitation method, adopting calcium nitrate tetrahydrate and ammonium dibasic phosphate as calcium and phosphorus sources, and adding urea and sorbitol, wherein a molar ratio of the calcium nitrate tetrahydrate to the urea to the ammonium dibasic phosphate to the sorbitol is (1.67-1.70):3.35:1:0.55.
