Problems solved by technology

However, the use of oily lubricants has the following defects: 1) it is not compatible with the human body; 2) it is not easy to remove the residue; 3) it will leave oil stains after contacting with the skin or fabric, which is difficult to clean; 4) if it is on the skin, mucous membrane 1. Wound residues will cause various inflammations. For various medical protective sleeves, cavity inspection protective films, medical catheters, etc., lubricating oil should not be brought into the wound or body; 5) High viscosity and poor permeability, under natural infiltration conditions , it takes at least 3 months to basically infiltrate the rubber membrane naturally
U.S. Patent No. 6,196,227B1 discloses a water-soluble lubricant for condoms. The composition is easy to clean, has good wettability and permeability, and long-term contact will not cause the rubber to turn white, but adding the composition After the condom is unfolded in a relatively dry environment (<RH40%), the surface will be air-dried and crystals will precipitate in less than half an hour, which will have an adverse effect on the use in a relatively dry environment

Abstract

The invention relates to a biocompatible water-soluble composition which is prepared from the following ingredients in mass percentage: 0-60% of water-soluble amino acid, 2.5%-60% of D-panthenol, 0%-5% of a moisturizing-conditioning agent, 2.5%-20% of a polyalcohol moisturizing agent and 30%-80% of water, wherein in the case that water-soluble amino acid is contained, the total content of water-soluble amino acid and D-panthenol is not less than 5%; and in the case that water-soluble amino acid is not contained, the content of D-panthenol is not less than 5%. The invention further relates to the use of the composition as a penetrating lubricant for medical or contraceptive rubber film products. The composition disclosed by the invention is excellent in penetrating and wetting properties, lubricating and moisturizing properties, and biocompatibility, so that the rubber films present transparent and moist appearances, and can be integrally wetted in the surrounding in a forming-curling state; the whitening and the mechanical performance degradation of rubber due to long-time contact are avoided; and the advantages of wettability, lubrication, no crystallization and the like can still be kept in a drying environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to biocompatible aqueous compositions and uses thereof. The present invention particularly relates to an aqueous composition containing D-panthenol, or a mixture of D-panthenol and water-soluble amino acids, and a polyol humectant, and its use as a penetrating agent for medical or contraceptive rubber membrane products. Background technique [0002] Rubber medical products, such as medical catheters, medical liquid storage bags, medical membranes, covers (such as medical cavity examination finger cots, gloves, etc.), rubber surgical instruments; most of the various contraceptive products used in the lives of men and women are made of natural Natural or synthetic rubber materials, especially natural or synthetic rubber membranes. Such rubber products (especially rubber film products) are not only required to effectively block oil, germs, toxic reagents, etc. from invading and corroding the human body, but also have no harm...
