Abstract

The invention discloses a rosin-based waterborne polyurethane acrylate composite emulsion, wherein the rosin-based waterborne polyurethane acrylate composite emulsion is prepared by the following steps of: preparing a prepolymer by 2,6-toluene diisocynate (TDI), fumaropimaric acid polyester polyol (FAPP), diethylene glycol (DEG) and dimethylolbutanoic acid (DMBA) taken as raw materials; and implementing a blending modification by butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) to obtain the rosin-based waterborne polyurethane acrylate composite emulsion. The composite emulsion disclosed by the invention, after forming into a film, is comparatively excellent in thermal stability, chemical resistance, glossiness and mechanical performance.
