Abstract

The invention discloses a PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)/PVA (Polyvinyl Acetate)/nanometer SiO2 composite membrane. PVA, PVDF and nanometer SiO2 are co-mixed to form the film, so that the mechanical strength and the ageing resistance of the membrane are improved; the composite membrane is provided with good strain resistance, flame resistance and low smoke; and in particular, the ageing of the membrane is delayed by virtue of the aging resistance under ultraviolet radiation. The PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)/PVA (Polyvinyl Acetate)/nanometer SiO2 composite membrane can be used as a solar cell back membrane with excellent performances, so that bad environments such as sand storms, hails and the like can be resisted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of blended materials, in particular to a PVDF / PVA / nanometer SiO 2 Composite film. Background technique [0002] PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) is a homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride with the molecular formula -[CF 2 -CH 2 ] n -. PVDF has excellent weather resistance, low permeability to most gases and liquids, and anti-ultraviolet and nuclear radiation, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, good processing performance and long service life. However, its thermal conductivity is poor and its melt viscosity is high. [0003] PVA (polyvinyl alcohol, Polyvinyl Alcohol), the molecular formula is -[CH 2 -CHOH] n -. PVA is a water-soluble polyol polymer. PVA is non-toxic and tasteless, white flocculent or flaky solid, with high mechanical strength, good crystallinity, light transmittance, thermal stability and chemical stability. [0004] Nano silica is one of the extrem...
