Abstract

A method for preparing ZnO/Ag nanometer composite materials in a room temperature includes the steps of firstly, placing nanometer zinc powder in a conical flask, adding dispersion liquid to the conical flask, and evenly mixing the nanometer zinc powder with the dispersion liquid in a shaking mode; secondly, placing the conical flask in an ultrasonic apparatus to be processed for 6 hours to 10 hours, taking the conical flask out every 15 minutes and shaking the conical flask for 30 seconds; thirdly, preparing milk white ZnO micro emulsion suspension liquid, and placing the upper portion of the suspension liquid into a test tube; fourthly, dropwise and evenly adding an AgNO3 solution to the test tube, evenly mixing the AgNO3 solution with the suspension liquid in the test tube in a shaking mode until brown-black floccule does not increase any more; fifthly, separating out brown-black sediment in a centrifugal mode, repeatedly washing the sediment through deionized water, placing the sediment into a clean reagent bottle, and adding absolute ethyl alcohol to the reagent bottle to disperse the sediment in a shaking mode, and placing the reagent bottle into the ultrasonic apparatus again for half an hour; sixthly, drying the product in the room temperature, and obtaining the final product, wherein the mass ratio of the nanometer zinc powder to the dispersion liquid ranges between 1 to 10 and 2 to 10, the ratio of water in the dispersion liquid to cyclohexane in the dispersion liquid ranges between 10 to 1 and 21 to 1. The method for preparing the ZnO/Ag nanometer composite materials in the room temperature is simple in process and economical and has environmental friendliness significance, and prepared ZnO/Ag nanometer composite materials are stable in structure and even in granularity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing ZnO / Ag nano composite material at room temperature, belonging to the technical field of nano material preparation. Background technique [0002] The research and development in the field of nanotechnology is changing with each passing day, and new technologies and materials emerge in an endless stream. However, the basis of all these researches is the reliable preparation of nanomaterials. As a semiconductor material with wide bandgap, nano-ZnO has been widely used in the fields of photocatalysis, piezoelectric materials and electronic devices. However, limited by its own N-type semiconductor and natural defects such as oxygen vacancies and zinc gaps, its optimized optical, electrical, magnetic, and catalytic properties cannot be fully applied. People are considering a series of modifications to the surface of nano-ZnO to tap its potential, among which the research on noble metal doping or surface deposi...
