Embodiment 1

[0030] S1. Collect fresh kitchen waste and sort out impurities such as large bones, chopsticks, plastic blocks, tableware and glass;

[0031] S2. Use a pulverizer to crush the kitchen waste into 10-mesh particles, and use a screw extrusion dehydrator to dehydrate the food waste so that the water content of the kitchen waste reaches 50%;

[0032] S3. By weight percentage, take 80% of the food waste particles processed by S2 and 19.5% of wheat bran, and about 0.5% of lactic acid bacteria (purchased from China Industrial Microbiology Culture Collection Management Center, Chinese name Lactobacillus acidophilus, Number CICC6082. The source of lactic acid bacteria does not limit the present invention, those skilled in the art can use lactic acid bacteria from other sources, and the following microorganisms are fully mixed with the same);

[0033] S4. The evenly mixed kitchen waste is bagged and fermented in an environment of 37° C., and fermented for about 7 days to obtain the feed....

Embodiment 2

[0036] S1. Collect fresh kitchen waste and sort out impurities such as large bones, chopsticks, plastic blocks, tableware and glass;

[0037] S2. Use a pulverizer to crush the food waste into 5-mesh particles, and use a centrifuge to dehydrate the food waste so that the water content of the food waste reaches about 55%;

[0038] S3. Take 70% of dehydrated food waste, 19.3% of corn flour, and about 0.5% of lactic acid bacteria (purchased from China Industrial Microbiology Culture Collection Management Center, Chinese name Lactobacillus acidophilus, number CICC6082) and about 0.2% of Bacillus subtilis (purchased from China Industrial Microorganism Culture Collection Management Center, Chinese name Bacillus subtilis, number CICC10446) was fully mixed;

[0039] S4. Ferment the evenly mixed kitchen waste in a fermenter in an environment of 40° C. for 10 days to obtain feed.

[0040] The feed prepared in this embodiment is used as larval feed for barley worms to raise barley worms....

Embodiment 3

[0042] S1. Collect fresh dry pig manure to remove impurities;

[0043]S2. Use a pulverizer to crush the dry manure into 5-purpose particles, and use a screw extruder to dehydrate at the same time, so that the moisture content of the kitchen waste reaches about 50% to remove the dry manure;

[0044] S3. Take 70% of dried manure, 20% of bran, 9.4% of corn flour, and about 0.2% of lactic acid bacteria (purchased from China Industrial Microbiology Culture Collection Management Center, Chinese name Lactobacillus plantarum, number CICC6026), About 0.2% of yeast (purchased from China Industrial Microbiology Culture Collection Management Center, Chinese name Saccharomyces cerevisiae, number CICC31829) and about 0.2% Bacillus subtilis (purchased from China Industrial Microbiology Culture Collection Management Center, Chinese name Bacillus subtilis Bacillus, No. CICC10446) mixed thoroughly to obtain a mixture;

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of insect feed processing, in particular to a method for preparing protein insect feed with organic waste and the prepared insect feed. The method comprises the steps of directly crushing the organic waste into powder, mixing with beneficial microorganisms for fermentation, and adding necessary nutrition additives to form the insect feed. The raw material is not required to be sterilized and dried at high temperature; the production cycle is shortened; the production cost is lowered; simultaneously, macromolecular substances of the organic waste are converted to small peptides, organic acid and sugar by physiologic metabolism of the beneficial microorganisms; various nutrient substances such as bio-enzymes and vitamins which have a prebiotic effect on high protein insects and are easier to absorb are produced; and the purpose of recycling is achieved. Fermentation heat energy produced during fermentation of the microorganisms is effectively utilized to kill pathogenic microorganisms possibly existing in the organic waste, and the biosafety of the insect feed is ensured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of feed processing, in particular to a method for preparing insect feed from organic waste and the prepared insect feed. Background technique [0002] A large amount of organic wastes are discarded in our country and cause serious environmental pollution. Organic waste is organic waste generated in the process of human production and life, mainly including kitchen waste, agricultural organic waste, etc., which is characterized by large output and wide distribution. According to statistics, my country produces more than 60 million tons of kitchen waste every year; my country's planting industry has about 1 billion tons of waste (straw, wormwood, husks, etc.) About 3 million tons of excrement; about 1.6 million tons of forestry (sawdust, shavings, etc.). [0003] These are both valuable resources and serious sources of pollution. At present, a large amount of straw is simply burned, which seriously pollutes ...
