Embodiment 1

[0042] Shrimp and crab shells are screened, impurity removed, cut into pieces, washed and dried.

[0043] Soak the above-mentioned shrimp and crab shells with an appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid for 6 hours, so that the calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate in the shrimp and crab shells react with hydrochloric acid to form calcium chloride, recycle the calcium chloride after filtering, and collect the shrimp after preliminary decalcification 1. Crab shells; adding an appropriate amount of sodium carbonate solution or introducing carbon dioxide into the recovered calcium chloride solution, filtering, washing with water, and drying to obtain solid calcium carbonate.

[0044] Soak the shrimp and crab shells collected above with an excess of hydrochloric acid with a mass concentration of 12% for 12 hours, stir until no bubbles are formed in the hydrochloric acid solution, and collect the decalcified shrimp and crab shells.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of chitosan, which comprises the following steps of: screening, purifying, dicing, washing and drying shrimp shells and crab shells, soaking with an appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid for 5-8h, after filtering, recovering a calcium chloride solution, collecting the preliminarily decalcified shrimp shells and crab shells, soaking with excessive hydrochloric acid, collecting the decalcified shrimp shells and crab shells, boiling with a sodium hydroxide solution, cooling, then filtering, recovering the sodium hydroxide solution after filtration, obtaining the shrimp shells and crab shells having protein removed, removing water, soaking with potassium permanganate, soaking a filtration product in a reducer solution after filtration till complete decoloration, washing with water, drying to form chitin, soaking the chitin with sodium hydroxide for 15-20 h at 80-100 DEG C, cooling, filtering, cleaning a filtration product, removing residual sodium hydroxide, drying, and grinding to form the chitosan. The preparation method realizes high resource utilization rate, low production cost and low environmental pollution by recycling materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of high molecular polysaccharide, in particular to a preparation method of chitosan and a liquid immersion device for preparing chitosan. Background technique [0002] The shells of arthropods such as shrimps and crabs, also known as carapaces, are one of the most abundant organic resources on the earth, and are the nitrogen-containing organic compounds second only to cellulose on the earth. Our country has a vast sea area and is rich in crustacean resources, and the available quantity is also very considerable. In recent years, with the increase in freshwater and seawater shrimp and crab farming production, a large number of shrimp and crab shells are produced every year, and the waste in shrimp processing - the shrimp head shell alone has more than 10,000 tons. Most of these by-products of shrimp and crab shells are thrown away, causing resource waste and environmental pollution. Shrimp and crab shells ...
