The method comprises the following steps: firstly, leading a ternary graft copolymer of N,N-dimethyl-N-octadecyl carbonyl benzyl ammonium chloride, octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide into a MMH (Monomethyl Hydrazine) cationic aluminum sol so as to prepare an inorganic-organic composite flocculant PAAC (Polyallyl Acetate); blending the obtained flocculant PAAC dry powder to form a 10% to 30% aqueous solution; directly adding the aqueous solution into the drilling wastewater by using a metering pump; and stirring and mixing for 30 to 60 seconds, wherein a good coagulation reduction function is achieved when the flocculant PAAC is added into the wastewater with the pH value of 3 to 11. The flocculant PAAC is used solely, namely, the addition of a coagulant aid PAM (Polyacrylamide) is avoided; the flocculant PAAC is small in addition amount.
