Embodiment 1

[0022] 1. Raw materials: analytically pure ethylenediamine, thiourea, zinc nitrate hexahydrate, cadmium sulfide pentahydrate.

[0023] 2. Take ethylenediamine and water (total 18ml, volume ratio 4:1) in a 50ml autoclave, and magnetically stir for 10 minutes.

[0024] 3. Add 1.5 mmol of zinc nitrate hexahydrate to the stirred mixture, and stir magnetically at room temperature until clear.

[0025] 4. Add 1.5 mmol thiourea to the clarified mixed solution, stir it magnetically for 20 minutes, then seal it and place it in an oven at 180° C. for 10 hours. The reaction kettle was taken out and cooled to room temperature naturally, the reacted product was transferred from the reaction kettle to a centrifuge tube, and the product was subjected to centrifugal separation and ultrasonic washing with water, and repeated 4 times to obtain pure organic-inorganic hybrid nanosheets.

[0026] 5. The prepared organic-inorganic hybrid nanosheets were redispersed in 28.8 ml of ethylenediamine, a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a dendritic cadmium sulfide superfine nanorod grade structural material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, enabling zinc nitrate and thiourea to react in a mixed solvent of ethanediamine and water for 8-10 hours at 150-200 DEG C to obtain zinc sulfide hybrid nanosheets; dispersing the zinc sulfide hybrid nanosheets in ethanediamine, and adding water and cadmium chloride to react for 3-6 hours at 120-200 DEG C to obtain the cadmium sulfide superfine nanorod grade structural material. The preparation method is simple in process and low in cost due to the adoption of an ion exchange hydrothermal synthesis method; the prepared dendritic CdS (cadmium sulfide) nanorod is 80-150 nanometers in length and 8-15 nanometers in diameter and has favorable catalytic performance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of semiconductor nanomaterials, and more specifically relates to a dendritic cadmium sulfide ultrafine nanorod grade structure material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The shortage of fossil energy and environmental pollution are the major challenges facing mankind. Hydrogen energy is considered to be one of the clean energy sources with the most development potential in the future energy structure. The traditional hydrogen production method needs to consume a huge amount of conventional energy, which greatly increases the cost of hydrogen production and greatly limits the development and application of hydrogen energy. If solar energy can be effectively used to produce hydrogen by photolysis of water, the development of hydrogen energy can be greatly promoted, and it is possible to fundamentally solve the energy shortage and environmental problems faced by human beings.
