However, after the shellfish are processed, the shells accounting for more than 50% of the shellfish weight are often discarded as processing waste or used as raw materials for the production of low-value feed and shell handicrafts. The resource utilization rate is low and the pollution is serious.

[0032] (2) Preparation of calcium carbonate or calcium oxide suspension

[0033] adding water to the pretreated shell powder obtained in step (1) to prepare a 20-35% shell powder suspension;

[0034] (3) At room temperature, add 40-60% phosphoric acid drop by drop to the shell powder suspension while stirring in proportion. After the dropwise addition, continue stirring for 30-60 minutes to make it fully react.

[0035] (4) After the reaction is completed, let the reaction solution stand for 30-60 minutes, remove the supernatant for later use, stir the precipitate evenly, vacuum filter, combine the filtrate with the removed supernatant, and then wash the precipitate until the pH of the washing solution is constant. The precipitate is calcium hydrogen phosphate.

[0036] (5) Dry the calcium hydrogen phosphate filter cake obtained in step (4) at 80-100°C to obtain feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate, which contains P≥20%, Ca≥27%, and F≤0.15%. The content of calcium hydrogen ...

Embodiment 1

[0040] 1) Soak the shells in an acid solution with a mass concentration of 1-4% for 1-5 hours, wash the acid on the surface of the shells with pure water, brush off other impurities on the surface of the shells, dry and take 2000g of shells, and crush them into shells of 100-200 mesh The powder is the pretreated shell powder for subsequent use;

[0041] The acid solution may be hydrochloric acid, acetic acid or formic acid.

[0042] 2) Take 20g of the above shell powder, add 5ml of water, stir evenly, and make a 25% shell powder suspension;

[0043] 3) Add 15ml of 85% phosphoric acid to a 100ml beaker, add 10.5ml of purified water, that is, 50% phosphoric acid solution;

[0044] 4) Add 25.5ml of the 50% phosphoric acid solution prepared in step 3) dropwise to the shell powder suspension prepared in step 2) while stirring, to make it fully react. After adding the 50% phosphoric acid solution, continue stirring for 30 minutes;

[0045] 5) Let the above reaction solution stand ...

Embodiment 2

[0053] The difference from Example 1 is that the process conditions such as the ratio of calcium to phosphorus have been changed, see Table 2 for details.

[0054] Table 2 utilizes the conditions for preparing calcium hydrogen phosphate from different shell powders

Abstract

The present invention relates to a calcium hydrogen phosphate preparation method, particularly to a method for preparing calcium hydrogen phosphate by using shell powder to replace lime, phosphate ore and the like, wherein phosphoric acid is added to pre-treated shell powder to carry out a treatment to obtain the calcium hydrogen phosphate. According to the present invention, X-ray diffraction and electron microscope analysis results show that the prepared calcium hydrogen phosphate has high purity; and the shells are changed into treasure from waste so as to completely utilize the marine shellfish resources, improve economic benefits of the enterprise, and reduce environmental pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of calcium hydrogen phosphate, in particular to a method for preparing calcium hydrogen phosphate by using shell powder instead of lime, phosphate rock and the like. Background technique [0002] my country is a big aquaculture country, and its annual output of shellfish ranks first in the world. In 2007, the output of shellfish reached 10.73 million tons, accounting for more than 60% of the total shellfish farming in the world. However, after the shellfish are processed, the shells accounting for more than 50% of the shellfish weight are often discarded as processing waste or used as raw materials for the production of low-value feed and shell handicrafts. The resource utilization rate is low and the pollution is serious. In fact, the calcium carbonate content in shells can reach more than 95%, which is a very good substitute for raw materials such as phosphate rock to produce calcium chloride, calcium hyd...
