Problems solved by technology

Marques et al. (2007) showed that after inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, the concentration of Zn in Solanum solanum increased slightly, but the growth and biomass of Solanum solanum were not affected, so the Zn uptake of Solanum solanum inoculated with AMF was the same as that without There is no obvious improvement in the inoculation comparison, that is, the way of plant i

Embodiment 1

[0041] Example 1 Preparation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus inoculum

[0042] Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi Glomus versiforme Provided by the Institute of Plant Nutrition and Resources, Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences. Using corn ( Zea mays ) as a host plant for potted propagation, the mixture containing host plant root segments, fungal hyphae, mycorrhizal fungal spores and potting soil is used as an inoculant.

[0043] Concrete preparation process is as follows:

[0044] S1. Mix the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus inoculant with the sterilized sand evenly according to the inoculation amount of 3% according to the mass ratio, and then fill the mixed matrix into 2 / 3 of the aseptic basin;

[0045] The sand:soil ratio of the sandy soil is 1:1; the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus inoculant is provided by the Institute of Plant Nutrition and Resources, Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences.

[0046] S2. Sow 10-15 corn seeds / pot, cover with a...

Embodiment 2

[0052] Example 2 Study on Enhanced Solanum Solanum Uptake of Cadmium in Soil by Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi

[0053] 1. Experimental materials

[0054] (1) Test plant Solanum nigrum

[0055] The test plant Solanum nigrum ( Solanum nigrum ), sterilize the surface of the seeds with 10% NaClO for 10 minutes before sowing, wash them with deionized water, soak the washed Solanum nigrum seeds in ultra-pure water for 4-6 hours, wait until the seeds are fully swollen, and put them in a pad with filter paper Put them in a sterile petri dish at room temperature of 28°C. After the seeds germinate, select seedlings with consistent growth for later use.

[0056] (2) The soil to be tested was collected from the Biological Garden of South China Normal University. The soil was air-dried naturally, ground, passed through a 1mm sieve, and sterilized by continuous high-temperature and high-pressure steam for 2 hours (121°C), and different concentrations of CdCl were added 2 , so that the C...

Abstract

The invention provides an application of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in enhancement of growth and capability of heavy metal absorption from soil of black nightshade and a method of enhancing cadmium absorption of black nightshade from soil by utilization of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. A cadmium (Cd) hyperaccumulating plant black nightshade is adopted as an experiment plant, the AMF is adopted as an Inoculant, the Cd hyperaccumulating plant black nightshade and the AMF capable of promoting plant growth are combined, and the AMF can enhance growth and capability of cadmium absorption from soil of the black nightshade, thus increasing the remediation efficiency of the black nightshade for Cd-contaminated soil. Compared with traditional chemical and agricultural measures, the method has characteristics of good treatment effects, no secondary pollution, low operation cost, and the like, and has good theoretical and application popularization value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of soil pollution restoration. More specifically, it relates to a method of using arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi to enhance Solanum nigrum uptake of cadmium in soil. Background technique [0002] Cadmium is a highly mobile and highly toxic heavy metal that accumulates, has no clear physiological function on plants, and is also one of the common pollutants that endanger human health. When soil and other environments are polluted by cadmium, cadmium can be enriched in organisms and enter the human body through the food chain to cause chronic poisoning. After cadmium is absorbed by the human body, it forms cadmium-sulfur protein in the body and selectively accumulates in the liver and kidney. Among them, the kidney can absorb nearly 1 / 3 of cadmium in the body, and is the "target organ" of cadmium poisoning. Other organs such as spleen, pancreas, thyroid and hair also have a certain amount of accumulation. Du...
