Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: preparing an alcohol solution of calcium chloride dihydrate, then placing the alcohol solution into a drier holding both ammonium bicarbonate and silica gel, reacting for three days, then centrifuging, washing and drying to manufacture calcium carbonate particles containing ibuprofen, adding citric acid, calcium nitrate, diammonium phosphate and ibuprofen into a solution containing both water and ethyl alcohol, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 9, after that, adding polyethyleneglycol, adding the calcium carbonate particles containing ibuprofen after resolution of polyethyleneglycol, reacting for 3 hours, and finally centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain the calcium carbonate / octacalcium phosphate particles containing ibuprofen. The method is simple in process and low in cost and can be used for mass production. Ibuprofen is released from the particles to reflect the continuous slow release behavior, and the particles are excellent in biocompatibility and easy to degrade.
