Abstract

The invention comprises the following steps: (a) mixing raw materials containing a silicon source, an aluminum source and a phosphorus source with water; (b) adding a binder to form a suspension; (c) conducting high-speed shearing on the suspension to obtain silicon phosphorus aluminium oxide microspheres, and calcining the microspheres under high temperature; (d) adding microspheres, water, a template and fluoride into a crystallization kettle, and generating molecular sieves on microsphere surfaces and bulk phase through a hydrothermal synthesis method; and (e) calcining the microspheres to obtain a finished catalyst.
