Embodiment 1

[0035] A method for preparing a nanocluster efficiently utilizing the surface plasmon resonance effect, comprising the following steps:

[0036] At room temperature, 1ml of cyclohexane dispersed with 9nm Au nanocrystals and 3nm CdSe nanocrystals was mixed with 10ml of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) aqueous solution to form a microemulsion under ultrasonic conditions. The ultrasonic power was 20% for 5 minutes. Wherein, the concentration of CdSe in the cyclohexane dispersion is 5 mg / ml, the concentration of Au in the cyclohexane dispersion is 1 mg / ml, and the concentration of sodium lauryl sulfate in the aqueous solution is 3 mg / ml.

[0037] The microemulsion was heated at 343K for 4h, separated and dried to obtain Au / CdSe nanoclusters.

[0038] The prepared Au / CdSe nanoclusters were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, figure 1 For the obtained electron micrograph of Au / CdSe nanoclusters, it can be seen that Au / CdSe nanoclusters are composed of Au nanocrystals and...

Embodiment 2

[0045] Repeat Example 1, the only difference is that the solubility of 9nm Au nanocrystals is 0.5 mg / ml, and Au / CdSe nanoclusters can still be obtained.

Embodiment 3

[0047] Repeat Example 1, the only difference is that the solubility of 9nm Au nanocrystals is 1.5 mg / ml, and Au / CdSe nanoclusters can still be obtained.

Abstract

The invention discloses a nanocluster efficiently utilizing the surface plasma resonance effect. The nanocluster comprises at least two types inorganic nanocrystalline, one of the two types inorganic nanocrystalline is inorganic nanocrystalline having the surface plasma resonance effect, the other of the two types inorganic nanocrystalline is inorganic nanocrystalline having an overlapping absorption function, and at least two types inorganic nanocrystalline are assembled to form the nanocluster. The particle size of the inorganic nanocrystalline ranges from 1 nm to 100 nm. The diameter of the nanocluster ranges from 50 nm to 1000 nm. The nanocluster has the advantages of being simple, convenient and easy to obtain and adjustable in size and composition and has important significance in actual application. The invention further discloses a preparation method and application of the nanocluster.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of preparation of nanometer materials. More specifically, it relates to a nanocluster that efficiently utilizes the surface plasmon resonance effect, its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] The surface plasmon resonance effect is a phenomenon in which electrons on the metal surface resonate strongly with external electromagnetic fields such as light, which significantly enhances the electromagnetic field around the metal. Since this plasmon resonance occurs on the surface of metal particles, it is called surface plasmon resonance effect. The surface plasmon resonance effect has important application prospects in tumor therapy, biological imaging, catalysis, surface Raman enhancement, and fluorescence enhancement. Among them, the application of forming a composite structure of a metal with a surface plasmon resonance effect with other metals or semiconductors, and using the surface plasm...
