Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method of water-washing down feather. The processing method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting down feather, pre-distributing and removing ash; (2) washing: pre-washing, washing and rinsing; adding 2%-3% of a washing agent in a washing process; adding 1%-2% of hydrogen peroxide in a rinsing process and adding 2% of glacial acetic acid, wherein the washing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of polyethylene glycol octadecyl ether, 1-2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1-2 parts of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium sulfate, 1-2 parts of polyglycerol monostearate, 2-3 parts of maleic anhydride modified polyethylene, 3-4 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 2-3 parts of vinyl trimethoxysilane and 1-2 parts of rosin-polythylene oxide ester; (3) dehydrating; and (4) drying and cooling.
