Abstract

The invention discloses a nano ZnNilnS solid solution photocatalyst and a preparation method thereof. The chemical formula of the photocatalyst is ZnxNiylnyS(x+2y). The method comprises the following steps: weighing 1-8 parts by weight of inorganic zinc salt, 0.01-1.8 parts by weight of inorganic nickel salt, 0.005-0.9 part by weight of inorganic indium salt and 2-16 parts by weight of sulfur source; adding the inorganic zinc salt, the inorganic nickel salt and the inorganic nickel salt to deionized water, and stirring uniformly to obtain mixed liquid; adding the sulfur source into the mixed liquid, and ultrasonically dispersing for 10-15 minutes to obtain dispersion liquid; and feeding the dispersion liquid into a microwave reaction kettle, performing microwave hydrothermal reaction at the temperature of 160-180 DEG C for 40-45 minutes, cooling, centrifugally washing the reaction product for 2-3 times with deionized water, and finally drying to obtain the nano ZnNilnS solid solution photocatalyst.
