Embodiment 1

[0030] The pretreatment method of the glass slides is to ultrasonically clean the slides in deionized water, ethanol, acetone, chloroform, acetone, ethanol, and deionized water for 5 minutes, and then immerse the cleaned slides in hydrogen peroxide and concentrated sulfuric acid. (The volume ratio of hydrogen peroxide and concentrated sulfuric acid is 3:7), heated until no bubbles are generated, and after natural cooling, take out the glass slide, rinse it repeatedly with deionized water, and dry it with nitrogen gas for later use.

[0031] The pretreated glass slide was immersed in 0.5% PDDA aqueous solution for 30 minutes, washed three times with deionized water and dried with nitrogen, and then immersed in the prepared gold sol for 10 hours. The method was deposited on the surface of a glass slide, and finally washed three times with deionized water and dried with nitrogen to obtain a SERS substrate.

Embodiment 3

[0042] The implementation method is the same as that in Example 1, only changing the gold sol to silver sol can also realize the quantitative detection of potassium ions.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting potassium ions by using a surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) technology and belongs to the technical field of detection of the potassium ions. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing an SERS substrate with a light spectrum enhancing capability; then, adsorbing a sodium cobaltinitrite or sodium tetraphenylborate reagent on the SERS substrate respectively; dropwise adding potassium ion solution to be detected on the surface of the substrate, and detecting an SERS light spectrum of a reaction product by using a Raman spectrometer; and finally, comparing the SERS light spectrum with a working curve to obtain the potassium ion concentration of the solution to be detected. The method provided by the invention has the characteristics of moderate detection conditions, simplicity, rapid detection process and accurate detection result; and the method has important application in the field of the detection of the potassium ions, and can be used for quantitatively analyzing the potassium ions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of potassium ion detection, and in particular relates to a method for detecting potassium ions by using surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology. Background technique [0002] Potassium ion (K + ) is an important physiological element, and Na + Together, they play an extremely important role in maintaining cell metabolism, regulating body fluid osmotic pressure, maintaining acid-base balance, and maintaining cell stress function. At present, the detection of potassium ions mainly adopts ion exchange chromatography and flame photometry. These methods are accurate and suitable for most detection systems, but the problem is that they have high requirements on the level of instruments, laboratories and operators, and the detection is very time-consuming. Therefore, the development of a universal, simple and rapid potassium ion detection method has a huge demand in aspects such as quick detection,...
