Embodiment 2

[0032] Synthesis of single crystal of phosphorescent cuprous complex CuI(TXP-2,4)(DAF): Dissolve CuI (0.019g, 0.1mmol) in 5ml of acetonitrile, ligand 4,5-diazafluorene (0.017g , 0.1mmol) and tris(2,4-xylyl)phosphine (0.034g, 0.1mmol) were dissolved in 5ml of acetone, after complete dissolution, the two were mixed, stirred for 5min and filtered to obtain an orange clear solution. The filtrate was placed in a 25ml beaker, covered with a plastic wrap, pierced with a needle and crystallized by volatilization. After about 3 days, orange blocky crystals were obtained. An orange block transparent crystal with a size of 0.52mm×0.32mm×0.27mm was selected for X-ray single crystal diffraction structure test. The molecular structure of the compound is shown in the attached figure 1 , and its unit cell packing structure is shown in the attached figure 2 .

Abstract

The invention discloses a CuIN2P type cuprous complex luminescent material with yellow-green phosphorescence, and a preparation method thereof. The phosphorescent complex provided by the invention is obtained through a coordination reaction of cuprous iodide and ligands. The complex has a molecular structural formula of CuI(TXP-2,4)(DAF), wherein TXP-2,4 and DAF are respectively electrically neutral ligands tris(2,4-xylyl)phosphine and 4,5-diazafluoren. The complex has the advantages of small molecule easy purification and high luminous efficiency. The complex is also easy to dissolve with an organic solvent. The material is obtained through a direct mixed reaction of cuprous iodide and ligand solutions. The method has the advantages of simple process, simple equipment, easy-to-obtain raw materials, low cost and the like. The material can be used as a photoluminescence yellow-green light material, and can be used as a luminescent layer phosphorescent material in a electroluminescent device composed of multiple layers of organic materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of luminescent materials, to the fields of photoluminescent materials and electroluminescent materials, in particular to the field of organic electroluminescent materials. Background technique [0002] From the classification of the type of stimulated light, luminescent materials can be divided into two categories: photoluminescent and electroluminescent materials. Photoluminescence refers to a phenomenon in which a luminescent material is excited by an external light source, an excited state is generated inside the material, and then quickly transitions from the excited state back to the ground state of the material, and at the same time emits photon radiation to the outside world. X-ray radiation, ultraviolet radiation, visible light and infrared radiation can all cause photoluminescence. Photoluminescent materials can be used in scintillators in nuclear detection technology, fluorescence analysis, traffi...
