Abstract

The invention discloses an efficient and safe crop straw feed fermentation inoculant, a solid additive and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: selecting a group of three-class nine strains of fungi, actinomycetes and bacteria which are high in functionality and combining efficiency; subjecting the strains to strain purification and rejuvenation, single-strain enlarged cultivation, mixed liquid fermentation and secondary enlarged cultivation of a concentrated mother liquid inoculant. In the preparation method, the whole preparation process is completed under the conditions of drainage and ventilation of the concentrated mother liquid inoculant in a solid straw feed semi-open fermentor. The straw feed biological solid additive after feed fermentation of various plant straws has capability of efficiently decomposing and softening straw fibers, can improve palatability, animal digestion capability and straw utilization efficiency; a microbial inoculant can degrade pesticide residue in straw and reduce infection of chemically harmful substance and becomes a substitute product of antibiotics, safety and hygiene value of using the straw to produce feed are improved, and the efficient and safe crop straw feed fermentation inoculant becomes an agroecological feed additive.
