Abstract

The invention relates to a novel water pipe joint nanometer waterproof film production process, which comprises: (1) preparing a base film: carrying out stirring mixing on nanometer silica, nanometer titanium dioxide and nanometer zinc oxide, adding to a bottom solvent formed by mixing a silicone acrylic emulsion and butyl acrylate, and carrying out mold pressing and sintering turning to obtain a base film; (2) preparing an antistatic coating material: carrying out stirring mixing on octadecyl amine and imidazolinium salt ethylacrylamide salt, and adding graphite to obtain an antistatic coating material; and (3) preparing a nanometer waterproof film: spraying the antistatic coating material onto both surfaces of the base film to obtain the nanometer waterproof film. According to the present invention, the process is simple, the novel formula and the novel dosage form are used, the long-term use of the water pipe joint is effectively ensured, effects of water resistance and seepage resistance are provided, and the cost is reduced.
