Abstract

The high-performance adhesive is prepared from polyester diol, diisocyanate, dodecyl hydrate glycerin ether, triethanolamine, trimethylolpropane, 1, 4-butanediol, glauconite, inulin lauryl carbamate, tributyl borate, zirconium acetate, ethylene glycol, nano zinc oxide, grinding wheel ash, dibutyl phthalate and white oil. By modifying glauconite and grinding wheel ash, dispersity of the same is improved, so that mechanical performance of the adhesive is greatly improved; epoxy resin improves binding strength of the adhesive; by adding raw materials like zirconium acetate and alpha, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, waterproofness of the adhesive is improved. The adhesive produced by the method is good in comprehensive performance, is high in binding strength and mechanical performance, has excellent heat resistance and waterproofness and can be used for a long time.
