Abstract

The invention discloses a lubricating oil composition and a preparation method thereof. The lubricating oil composition is prepared from higher fatty acid amide, glycerol monostearate, ammonium molybdate, alkyl benzene sulfonate, a viscosity index improver, a pour point depressant, a defoaming agent, a metal cleaning agent, an antioxidant and the balance basic oil. The preparation method of the lubricating oil composition comprises the steps that the basic oil is heated to reach 75-85 DEG C, and the viscosity index improver and the pour point depressant are added to the basic oil and are evenly stirred; the mixture is cooled to reach 60-65 DEG C, the higher fatty acid amide, glycerol monostearate, the ammonium molybdate, the alkyl benzene sulfonate, the metal cleaning agent, the antioxidant and an anti-wear reagent at extreme pressure are added, and stirring is firstly performed for 30-50 minutes; the defoaming agent is added, and stirring is performed again for 10-20 minutes to obtain the product. Compared with existing advanced long-lasting lubricating oil, the cost is saved, the service life of the lubricating oil is prolonged, and the driving safety is improved.
