Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a natural friction agent by utilizing a macadimia nut shell. The method comprises the following steps: crushing the macadimia nut shell; soaking the obtained fine powder with an organic solvent; performing suction filtration and then repeatedly soaking; drying the filter residue, thereby obtaining degreased macadimia nut shell powder; adding a decolorizing agent; adopting an ultrasonic-assisted extraction method for decolorizing, repeating, filtering, abandoning filtrate, collecting the filter residue and drying, thereby obtaining the decolorized macadimia nut shell powder; performing superfine grinding, adding aqueous solution of sodium metabisulfite, soaking, filtering and drying the filter residue, thereby obtaining the natural friction agent. The natural friction agent made from the macadimia nut shell according to the invention is stable in chemical property and the pH is neutral. According to the invention, the high-content cellulose and lignin of the macadimia nut shell are taken as the main ingredients of the natural friction agent, so that the natural friction agent is harmless to tooth and body and is easy to degrade in the environment.
