The adhesive layer comprises corn starch, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylamide, an oxidizing agent, a plasticizer, an initiator, a pH adjusting agent, a thickening agent and a tackifier. The adhesive layer is water-soluble and hot-meltable. When a drilling head with high temperature rotates, the adhesive layer meets the high temperature and melts into a water-soluble solution; the solution assists in cleaning drilling chips on drilling head surface and hole site inner wall surfaces, and assists in absorbing great heat generated by the rotation of the drilling head in time; the solution flows to the surrounding of the drill holes, such that drill bit deformation or fracture caused by accumulated heat can be avoided. Therefore, drill hole site surface quality can be effectively improved; drill bit loss and wear can be effectively reduced; and drill bit service life can be prolonged. Also, drilled hole site inner wall smoothness is improved, and the precision of processed hole sites is ensured. The invention also provides a processing method with low cost and simple process.
