Abstract

The waterborne polyurethane resin comprises, by weight, 20-40 parts of polyester polyol, 60-80 parts of polyether polyol, 12-16 parts of polyisocyanate, 4-10 parts of chain extender, 1-5 parts of salt-forming agent, 1-2 parts of organic bismuth catalyst and 200-400 parts of water. The polyester polyol is formed by mixing polycaprolactone polyol and aliphatic polycarbonate, the polyether polyol is tetrafluorohydrazine-propylene oxide copolymer diol, and the chain extender is formed by mixing ethylene glycol and IPDA.
