Abstract

The preparation method includes steps of preparing NaA molecular sieve mother liquor, preparing inhibitor solution, adding the inhibitor solution and performing hydrothermal crystallization on the molecular sieve; transferring a final gel in a stainless steel reaction kettle containing polypropylene lining, crystalizing for 4-6 hours at 90-110 DEG C, and washing the obtained a hydrothermal solid product for many times, and drying the product and finally obtaining the NaA molecular sieve. Through the way of hydro-thermal synthesis, carbohydrate and other matters are added in the mother liquor of the NaA molecular sieve to inhibit the growth of molecular sieve crystal nucleus, and thereby preparing the small-dimensional molecular sieve. Compared with the product obtained by a traditional method, the granular dimension of the molecular sieve prepared by the method is reduced by 10 times. The preparation method is simple in technique, low in cost, and suitable for high-efficient production of the small-dimensional NaA molecular sieve.
