The invention provides an oilfield barium/stronium scale cleaning blockage remover composition which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of amino acetamide, 33-37 parts of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole, 10-14 parts of crown ether (18-crown-6), 13-16 parts of sodium dihydroxytartrate, 6-9 parts of ethosuximide, 9-11 parts of N-hydroxyethylamino-diacetic acid, 1-3 parts of ethyl undeeylenate, 11-15 parts of hydroxypropyl ethyl ether, 30-35 parts of ammonia water, and 70-80 parts of water. The composition is used for removing blockage of a rod pumped well, a screw pump well and a stratum; scales of barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, barium carbonate, strontium carbonate and calcium sulfate and the like generated in a water injection system can be quickly dissolved.
