Compound biological agent and application thereof

A biological preparation, mixed fermentation technology, applied in the direction of biocides, chemicals for biological control, biocides, etc., can solve the problem that the density of mycelium is not as good as that of single fermentation, the growth and reproduction behaviors interfere with each other, and the effect of plant disease control is affected. It can improve soil stability and porosity, reduce labor input, and improve the effect of prevention and control.

Embodiment 1

[0053] The spore suspension of Rhizopus glucoides is prepared according to the following method: first, the bacterial classification of refrigerated preservation is inoculated on the plate PDA medium with an inoculation loop, and the PDA medium is: potato 200g, sucrose 20g, agar 18g, distilled water 1000mL, Transfer to 3 generations; then use the inoculation loop to pick the edge hyphae and transfer to the PDB medium, the PDB medium is: 200g of potatoes, 20g of sucrose, 1000mL of distilled water, the culture temperature is 28°C, and the culture time is 10 days. The fermented liquid is filtered to obtain the spore suspension of Rhizopus gluconeoides, and the live spore concentration is (5~9)×10 8 pieces / ml.

[0054] The spore suspension of described Trichoderma viride is prepared according to the following method: first, the strains preserved in cold storage are inoculated on flat PDA medium with an inoculation loop, and the PDA medium is: potato 200g, sucrose 20g, agar 18g, di...

Embodiment 2

[0060] The spore suspension of Rhizopus gluconeoides and the spore suspension of Trichoderma viride were simultaneously inoculated into a fermenter in a weight ratio of 1:1 for submerged fermentation; the rest of the steps and process parameters were the same as in Example 1. Finally, the composite biological preparation of Example 2 of the present invention was obtained.

[0061] Measure its bacteriostatic rate and relative inhibitory rate (%) to Alternaria apple according to the same method as Example 1. See results figure 2 and Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0063] The spore suspension of Rhizopus glucoides and the spore suspension of Trichoderma viride were simultaneously inoculated into a fermenter in a weight ratio of 1:9 for submerged fermentation; the remaining steps and process parameters were the same as in Example 1. The composite biological preparation of Example 3 of the present invention was finally obtained.

[0064] Measure its bacteriostatic rate and relative inhibitory rate (%) to Alternaria apple according to the same method as Example 1. See results figure 2 and Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a compound biological agent for preventing and treating soil-borne diseases. The compound biological agent contains a mixed fermentation solution which is acquired by deeply fermenting rhizopus stolonifer and trichoderma viride through liquid. Besides, the invention also discloses an application thereof in preventing and treating soil-borne diseases, especially blight and greensickness. The submerged fermentation technique is utilized by the invention, two microorganisms are at high multiplication rate and the exocytosis activity is ultrahigh; the compound biological agent can achieve the technical effect which the pure compound cannot achieve; a large number of thallus and spore can be quickly acquired. The compound biological agent disclosed by the invention has higher bactericidal activity to alternaria alternate fungus, so that the soil-borne diseases, such as blight and greensickness, can be effectively prevented and treated. When the compound biological agent is used together with fertilizer components, the soil stability and the porosity can be obviously promoted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biological technology and relates to a composite biological preparation and its application, in particular to a composite biological preparation for preventing and treating soil-borne diseases and its application. Background technique [0002] Soil-borne diseases of plants refer to diseases in which pathogenic bacteria living in the soil infect plants from the roots or stems of plants under suitable conditions, resulting in wilting and death of plants. Common soil-borne diseases mainly include the following types: Common soil-borne diseases at the seedling stage include damping-off disease caused by Pythium, blight caused by Rhizoctonia solani, etc.; common prominent diseases at the adult plant stage include those caused by Fusarium wilt of melons caused by Fusarium, Verticillium wilt of eggplant caused by Verticillium, bacterial soft rot of Chinese cabbage caused by Erwinia, Pythium root rot caused by Pythium melo...
