Embodiment 1

[0027] 1. WO 3-x Preparation of:

[0028] Dopamine Hydrochloride and WCl 6 Dissolve in triethylene glycol at a molar ratio of 1:2, transfer the mixture to a 20mL polytetrafluoroethylene stainless steel autoclave, heat at 180°C for 24h, cool to room temperature, wash the product three times with water and ethanol, respectively, The product was obtained by centrifugation at 12000 rpm.

[0029] 2. WO 3-x Determination of thermal effect and photothermal stability:

[0030] Add 1mL of different concentrations of WO into the transparent quartz bottle 3-x Solution (0, 100ppm, 200ppm, 300ppm, 400ppm), irradiate the bottom of the glass bottle with 808nm wavelength laser light for 5min, and fix the laser light power at 1Wcm -2 , the solution was imaged with an infrared photothermal imager every 1 min. Also add 1mL of different concentrations of WO to the quartz bottle 3-x Solution (0, 100ppm, 200ppm, 400ppm, 600ppm) solution, irradiate the bottom of the quartz bottle with a 808nm...

Abstract

The invention discloses a super-small defect tungsten oxide nano-particle, a method for preparing the same and application of the super-small defect tungsten oxide nano-particle. The method includes uniformly stirring dopamine hydrochloride and tungsten hexachloride in organic solvents and then synthesizing super-small WO<3-x> quantum dots by the aid of hydrothermal processes. The dopamine hydrochloride is used as a reducing agent and a stabilizer, and the tungsten hexachloride is used as a precursor. The super-small defect tungsten oxide nano-particle, the method and the application have the advantages that heat and singlet-state oxygen can be generated by the quantum dots under 808 nm laser radiation conditions, and accordingly photo-thermal therapy and photodynamic therapy can be carried out.

Description

[0001] Technical field: [0002] The invention belongs to the field of preparation of biomedical materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing ultra-small defect tungsten oxide nanoparticles. The defect tungsten oxide prepared by the method is small in size and uniformly dispersed, has good biocompatibility, and can be applied to cancer treatment. Background technique [0003] The nano-oncology medicine formed by the combination of nanotechnology and oncology medicine is an emerging field in nanomedicine, and it is also the core field of priority development of cutting-edge science and technology in various countries. Common tumor treatment methods mainly include surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc. These treatments can theoretically kill all tumor cells, but the damage and strong side effects caused by these methods to the human body are greater than the cancer itself. Recently, optical therapy has attracted great attention mainly because of i...
